Dr Mitesh Sanghavi

As both of Dr Mitesh Sanghavi’s parents were general practitioners, he grew up being familiar with health care. “Dentistry, however, appealed to me the most due to its combination of art, science, service and technology.” Knowing he made the right career choice, he practices dentistry devotedly and loves caring for patients every day.
“My goals are to provide the community with exceptional dental care and ensure that visits to our office are always pleasant.”

Education and Professional Development

In 2002, Dr Mitesh Sanghavi graduated from Nair Hospital Dental College, Mumbai, India with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. He continued his education at Bapuji Dental College and Hospital, Davangere, India, graduating in 2007 with a Master of Dental Surgery – Pedodontics and Preventative Dentistry.
Always striving to learn more, he earned a Postgraduate Diploma of Dental Implantology from Charles Sturt University, Orange, Australia, in 2011. To stay up to date in the field of dentistry, he is always taking continuing education courses. Courses he has taken include:

Steadfastly is committed to ensuring that her patients achieve and maintain peak oral health, Dr Anisha also aims to help them feel entirely at ease in the dental chair.
One of Dr Anisha’s greatest professional passions is delivering high-quality dental care to her patients and giving them healthy, attractive smiles. She also provides patients with information that allows them to make an educated decision about their dental care.

Education

Dr Anisha’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and a Master of Dental Surgery – Endodontics and Conservative Dentistry. She also took the Australian Dental Council Examinations. She was selected Best Outgoing Student in Endodontics and Conservative dentistry in 2007. Given that she has such a warm and friendly demeanor, it’s easy to see why she received that recognition! Dr Anisha also has been published in the International Endodontic Journal in 2009.
To stay abreast of leading-edge dental trends, Dr Anisha has attended many continuing education dental courses.
Dr Anisha is a member of the Australian Dental Association.

Dr. Victoria is passionate about transforming smiles and boosting confidence. With her expertise in cosmetic, rehabilitative, and orthodontic treatments, she provides tailored dental solutions, always placing her patients’ needs at the forefront and listening without judgment.

A proud graduate of Adelaide University with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery, she then went on to further her skills by attending a mini master’s orthodontic course and other specialised CPD courses, ensuring she offers the best to her patients.

Outside the clinic, Dr Victoria is a devoted mother and wife. She enjoys spending her days with her young family, including her husband Edmond and their son Xander.

Her commitment to Incredible Smiles has only grown over the years. Starting as a dedicated graduate dentist, she has now taken the leap to become a business partner at the Seaford Meadows location.

Dr Joshua Chong

When he was younger, Dr Josh needed to have teeth extracted before getting braces. ”My dentist made the whole experience simple and enjoyable and helped me develop an appreciation for dental work. At the end of the treatment, I was so happy with the impact it made on my life and want to provide a similar experience for all my patients.”
As many people feel nervous about visiting the dentist, Dr Josh finds it fulfilling to be able to help patients overcome their fear of getting dental care. He enjoys seeing the impact dental work can have on their overall quality of life.

Education and Professional Development

Dr Josh graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2019. He earned a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. To stay abreast of the latest in dentistry, he regularly takes continuing education courses. He’s taken ones on oral surgery and CEREC to date.

When he’s not caring for his patients’ smiles, Dr Josh enjoys travelling, photography and exploring new cafes and restaurants.

Dr Sherlyana Ong 

Dr. Sherly enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and aims to bring her patients the high quality, results driven dental care that they deserve. Every single day, she approaches oral health with the goal to leave patients in a better position than when they came to the practice.
“The most fulfilling part of my job is helping patients overcome dental anxiety and creating a safe, positive space for them to achieve their smile goals.”

Dr. Sherly obtained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Adelaide. Ever since she’s been working with patients to craft the beautiful smiles of their dreams.
In order to stay abreast with the latest advancements in care, she continues to further her education by participating in professional development courses. Recently, she obtained her CEREC certification.

Outside of the Practice

When she isn’t working, Dr. Sherly loves to spend quality time with her family and friends, and recently picked up painting as a hobby. She grew up in Indonesia and Singapore, so she is fluent in Bahasa Indonesian as well as English. Before moving to Australia, she worked in Singapore focusing on preventative dentistry for pediatric patients.

Dr Shu was inspired to become a dentist after having an incredible experience with their own dentist from a young age.
Dr Shu needed braces when she was younger, and still remembers the big smile she had on her face the day she got them off. She was so thankful to the team of dental professionals who not only straightened her smile but brought her a newfound confidence. To this day, she hopes to bring that exact confidence to her patients.

 

Education and Professional Development

Dr Shu attended the renowned University of Adelaide, graduating in 2019 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. In order to continue to provide patient with the best possible care, she regularly participates in continuing education courses—recently, she’s completed a few pertaining to CEREC and various oral health conditions.

 

Dr Shu is a member of the Australian Dental Association.

As she puts it, the most fulfilling part of being a dentist is getting to meet new people and form relationships with her patients. She loves welcoming families into the practice and getting to see generational changes—i.e., marriages, new children, and other big milestones. Dr Shu truly treats her patients as if they’re a member of her own family.

 

Outside of the Practice

When Dr Shu isn’t crafting beautiful smiles in the practice, she enjoys going to the beach, watching the sunset and listening to waves. At the end of the day, you can find her back at her home enjoying a board game, watching a movie, or simply spending time with her family and husband. Originally from Malaysia, Dr Shu came to Australia to study dentistry and immediately fell in love with the area. She looks forward to exploring everything Adelaide has to offer and meeting people just like you.

“In 2003, when I stumbled into this unique world of dentistry, I had no idea what an incredibly intimate profession I have stepped into. It’s so amazing to focus on the part of the body that influences one’s confidence, general health, how you talk, eat, drink and how others perceive you.” For Dr Sunila Sharma, words fail to describe how satisfying and rewarding it is to see the positive change in smiles and eventually lives, once the treatment is completed.

“From the moment you walk in, you are considered family. I make sure your visit to me is a highlight of your day, not just any other appointment on your to-do list.” Dr Sunila Sharma believes in a quality-driven approach that results in long-lasting relationships.
After delivering excellent care to her patients, she provides them education and guidance to reach their oral health goals. Dr Sunila Sharma sees their role as equal to hers in maintaining optimum oral health and preventing any further problems.

 

Education and Professional Development

Dr Sunila Sharma graduated in 2008 from BFUHS in India. She then achieved post-graduate qualifications in 2012 and worked as a private practitioner. For more than eight years, she also served as an academician in India. Dr Sunila Sharma then decided to move to the beautiful land of Australia.
She completed Australian Dental Council licensing examinations and started practicing. Dr Sunila Sharma has spent countless hours invested in learning the latest techniques and procedures through professional development courses.
Dr Sunila Sharma also keeps up to date with recent advances in dentistry. The latest course she attended was on aesthetic fillings. “That skyrocketed my confidence in providing smile makeovers with simple composite restorations.”

For Dr Sunila Sharma, dentistry is an art governed by science. She sees every patient as a new opportunity to create a masterpiece of her art. She has considerable exposure and experience in treating a massive number of patients with varying dental needs. “I take pride in serving every patient I see.” She provides care ranging from routine family checkups to more advanced procedures like crowns, root canal treatments, dentures and minor oral surgeries.

 

Outside the Practice

When she’s not caring for patients’ smiles, Dr Sunila Sharma is an amateur writer and dancer. She loves long drives with her husband to explore new places and go on food adventures.

Dr Jolynn is a dedicated, challenge-driven University of Adelaide dental graduate with outstanding academic and work credentials. She has also gained years of apprenticeship and work experience under renowned surgeons and dentists from Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia. She is highly organised, meticulous, and has a gentle demeanour who is passionate about providing high quality patient-centric care. Jolynn is people-centred, has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and is fluent in English, Chinese, Cantonese and Malay.

Jolynn enjoys practicing general dentistry, with special interests in pain management, restorative, endodontic, cosmetic dentistry and oral surgery. Her passion for dentistry includes tailoring individualised treatment plan and providing great patient-centred care to help achieve and maintain good oral health and overall wellbeing for patients. She is also especially interested in delivering refine, meticulous, gentle treatment to anxious patients and establishing good patient rapport to establish long-term partnerships and assured continuity of care. As a practitioner, she finds enormous satisfaction in relieving patients’ pain, restoring function and smiles, ensuring patients’ comfort, and reducing their dread of seeing the dentist.

Having grown up in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Jolynn is a big foodie and is always on a hunt for good food Adelaide has to offer! During her spare time, photography, travelling and café hopping are some of her favourite ways to spend quality time with her family and friends.

Dr Keegan Kou is a passionate dentist who found his calling through a close family friend in the field. Inspired by the rewarding nature of dentistry, Dr. Keegan embarked on a journey to make a positive impact on people’s lives. With an unwavering commitment to his patients, he believes that everyone deserves to have a smile they can be proud of.

Dr. Keegan holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Adelaide. Graduating in 2022, he has since dedicated himself to staying up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry. Driven by a thirst for knowledge, he has taken professional development and continuing education courses, including CEREC and Ripe Global Online CPD courses.

For Dr. Keegan, the most fulfilling aspect of his job lies in his ability to put anxious patients at ease. He takes great joy in witnessing their transformation from apprehensive to confident while working together to restore their dental health. Nothing brings him greater satisfaction than knowing he has alleviated a patient’s pain and contributed to a good night’s sleep. Dr Keegan also enjoys transforming smiles and improving patients’ aesthetic appearance, boosting their self-confidence.

Outside the Office

He enjoys hitting the gym, exploring nature through hiking, and playing the guitar. Additionally, he values quality time with friends and is on a constant quest for the perfect coffee.

Dr Keegan is originally from the sunny island of Singapore, he is also fluent in Mandarin!

Jenny graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2017 with a Bachelor of Oral Health. As a recent graduate, she enjoys being able to apply both her theoretical and clinical skills, providing an optimum level of dental care to both children and adults. To stay abreast of the latest in oral health, she has completed Prime Practice – Primespeak continuing education programs.

For Dulin, it’s gratifying to help improve patients’ general wellbeing and oral health as well as their smile. Since her younger years, she has had a keen interest in medicine. She later developed an interest in dentistry. Dulin earned an Advanced Diploma of Oral Health in 2012. She is a member of the Dental Hygienists Association of Australia.
When she’s not at the practice, Dulin loves spending time with her husband and young children. She also enjoys cooking and gardening.

In her role at the practice, Nour enjoys educating patients about the importance of adopting and maintaining excellent oral hygiene habits. One of the most fulfilling aspects of her job is providing patients with good cleans that they maintain at home. She also discusses gum disease prevention.
To prepare for her career, Nour earned an Advanced Diploma of Oral Health from TAFE SA in 2017. She keeps abreast of the latest in the field by attending various continuing professional development events and webinars. When she’s not working, Nour enjoys spending time with her children and cooking with them.

After completing secondary school. Georgia planned to attend health school, but felt lost about where to start. “I wasn’t aware that dental assisting was possible until Incredible Smiles offered me a traineeship opportunity at their practice. Since then, I have developed a passion and interest for what I do, as each day there is endless learning within this field.”
To prepare for her career, Georgia earned a Certificate III in Dental Assisting in 2021.


“Growing up, I never had the best oral hygiene and perfect teeth genes.” Georgia finds it rewarding to sympathise with patients and reassure them that we are here to help, not judge. For her, the most fulfilling aspect of being a dental assistant is to see patients leave after their appointment with newfound confidence.


Outside of work, Georgia likes to go on road trips and explore SA.

Chantelle finds it fulfilling to give patients a reason to smile and boost their self-esteem while helping to enhance their health as well. Chantelle prepared for her career by earning a Certificate III in Dental Assisting from TAFE SA in 2018.

Outside of work Chantelle mostly likes to socialise with her friends and family.

“I’m a late bloomer in terms of career choice, and have always wanted to work in health and become a nurse. I wasn’t sure exactly what type of nurse I wanted to be.” For as long as she could remember, Sharneen had issues with her teeth, both in appearance and in function. As a teen, she finally achieved a beautiful smile. In her role, Sharneen enjoys helping patients get and maintain bright, healthy smiles.

She loves her job because she not only receives education, but also can pass it on to patients. Sharneen enjoys being a dental nurse and providing care for patients in the chair. “The relationships I get to nurture in the workplace are also a happy bonus.”


To prepare for her career, Sharneen earned a Certificate III in Dental Assisting in 2020. “I fully intend to undertake more studies, including oral hygiene, and am always keen to pursue any further training offered to me.”


Outside the practice, Sharneen loves keeping her house clean and tidy. She takes pride in her home, and loves spending time with her kids, wonderful husband, family and friends. “I’m an Aussie, married to a Kiwi, with one Kiwi kid and one Aussie child. Sharneen also enjoys taking mini vacays, going on bike rides, and healthy living.

With a passion for dentistry that started during her own braces treatment at the age of 15, Brooke was inspired to pursue a career in the dental field. She holds a Cert 3 in Dental Assisting and a Cert 4 in Leadership and Management, which have equipped her with the skills and knowledge to excel in her role.


For Brooke, the most fulfilling part of her role is witnessing the transformations in patients. Whether it’s the dramatic before-and-after results of cosmetic dentistry or the heartwarming experience of helping anxious patients feel at ease, Brooke finds joy in seeing the positive impact the team has on people’s lives.


Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her partner. She enjoys going on weekends away, and exploring new restaurants.

Having served as a dentist in India for more than five years, Sooraj is pleased to be a member of our practice team. He finds it fulfilling to help patients develop a positive mindset about their dental health. To prepare for his career in dentistry, Sooraj earned a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Pacific Dental College in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. He graduated in 2008. Sooraj is always keen to take continuing education courses to stay up to date in the dentistry field. “Dentistry requires a mastery of science and technical skills, as well as the ability to think creatively. I like to use my technical and creative skills to help patients experience optimal dental health.”


Outside of the practice, Sooraj loves to spend time with his wife and daughter. He also likes playing piano, exploring new places and gaining new skills.
