Dr Mitesh Sanghavi, (Principal Dentist) BDS, MDS, PGDipDImplantology
As both of Dr Mitesh Sanghavi’s parents were general practitioners, he grew up being familiar with health care. “Dentistry, however, appealed to me the most due to its combination of art, science, service and technology.” Knowing he made the right career choice, he practices dentistry devotedly and loves caring for patients every day. “My goals are to provide the community with exceptional dental care and ensure that visits to our office are always pleasant.”

Education and Professional Development
In 2002, Dr Mitesh Sanghavi graduated from Nair Hospital Dental College, Mumbai, India with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. He continued his education at Bapuji Dental College and Hospital, Davangere, India, graduating in 2007 with a Master of Dental Surgery – Pedodontics and Preventative Dentistry.
Always striving to learn more, he earned a Postgraduate Diploma of Dental Implantology from Charles Sturt University, Orange, Australia, in 2011. To stay up to date in the field of dentistry, he is always taking continuing education courses. Courses he has taken include: Accreditation for Invisalign® and ClearPath Aligners

Areas of Special Interest and Expertise
In addition to providing general dentistry services, Dr Mitesh Sanghavi has expertise in numerous areas: dental implantology (including surgical placement of dental implants, and implant-supported dentures); endodontics (root canal treatment); restorative and cosmetic dentistry services (from bridges and crowns to dentures or combinations of these treatments)

Outside the office, Dr Mitesh Sanghavi loves spending time with his kids, travelling and playing sport.
Dr Anisha Sanghavi, (Dentist and Business Manager) BDS
Steadfastly is committed to ensuring that her patients achieve and maintain peak oral health, Dr Anisha also aims to help them feel entirely at ease in the dental chair. One of Dr Anisha’s greatest professional passions is delivering high-quality dental care to her patients and giving them healthy, attractive smiles. She also provides patients with information that allows them to make an educated decision about their dental care.

Education
Dr Anisha’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and a Master of Dental Surgery – Endodontics and Conservative Dentistry. She also took the Australian Dental Council Examinations. She was selected Best Outgoing Student in Endodontics and Conservative dentistry in 2007. Given that she has such a warm and friendly demeanor, it’s easy to see why she received that recognition! Dr Anisha also has been published in the International Endodontic Journal in 2009.
To stay abreast of leading-edge dental trends, Dr Anisha has attended many continuing education dental courses.
Dr Anisha is a member of the Australian Dental Association.

Dr Joshua Chong, (Dentist)
When he was younger, Dr Josh needed to have teeth extracted before getting braces. ”My dentist made the whole experience simple and enjoyable and helped me develop an appreciation for dental work. At the end of the treatment, I was so happy with the impact it made on my life and want to provide a similar experience for all my patients.” As many people feel nervous about visiting the dentist, Dr Josh finds it fulfilling to be able to help patients overcome their fear of getting dental care. He enjoys seeing the impact dental work can have on their overall quality of life.

Education and Professional Development
Dr Josh graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2019. He earned a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. To stay abreast of the latest in dentistry, he regularly takes continuing education courses. He’s taken ones on oral surgery and CEREC to date.

When he’s not caring for his patients’ smiles, Dr Josh enjoys travelling, photography and exploring new cafes and restaurants.

Dr Sherlyana Ong (Dentist)
Dr. Sherly enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and aims to bring her patients the high quality, results driven dental care that they deserve. Every single day, she approaches oral health with the goal to leave patients in a better position than when they came to the practice. “The most fulfilling part of my job is helping patients overcome dental anxiety and creating a safe, positive space for them to achieve their smile goals.”

Education and Professional Development
Dr. Sherly obtained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Adelaide. Ever since she’s been working with patients to craft the beautiful smiles of their dreams. In order to stay abreast with the latest advancements in care, she continues to further her education by participating in professional development courses. Recently, she obtained her CEREC certification.

Outside of the Practice
When she isn’t working, Dr. Sherly loves to spend quality time with her family and friends, and recently picked up painting as a hobby. She grew up in Indonesia and Singapore, so she is fluent in Bahasa Indonesian as well as English. Before moving to Australia, she worked in Singapore focusing on preventative dentistry for pediatric patients.
Shu Hui Kwok (Dentist)
Dr Shu was inspired to become a dentist after having an incredible experience with their own dentist from a young age. Dr Shu needed braces when she was younger, and still remembers the big smile she had on her face the day she got them off. She was so thankful to the team of dental professionals who not only straightened her smile but brought her a newfound confidence. To this day, she hopes to bring that exact confidence to her patients.

Education and Professional Development
Dr Shu attended the renowned University of Adelaide, graduating in 2019 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. In order to continue to provide patient with the best possible care, she regularly participates in continuing education courses—recently, she’s completed a few pertaining to CEREC and various oral health conditions.

Dr Shu is a member of the Australian Dental Association.
As she puts it, the most fulfilling part of being a dentist is getting to meet new people and form relationships with her patients. She loves welcoming families into the practice and getting to see generational changes—i.e., marriages, new children, and other big milestones. Dr Shu truly treats her patients as if they’re a member of her own family.

Outside of the Practice
When Dr Shu isn’t crafting beautiful smiles in the practice, she enjoys going to the beach, watching the sunset and listening to waves. At the end of the day, you can find her back at her home enjoying a board game, watching a movie, or simply spending time with her family and husband. Originally from Malaysia, Dr Shu came to Australia to study dentistry and immediately fell in love with the area. She looks forward to exploring everything Adelaide has to offer and meeting people just like you.
Sunila Sharma (Dentist)
“In 2003, when I stumbled into this unique world of dentistry, I had no idea what an incredibly intimate profession I have stepped into. It’s so amazing to focus on the part of the body that influences one’s confidence, general health, how you talk, eat, drink and how others perceive you.” For Dr Sunila Sharma, words fail to describe how satisfying and rewarding it is to see the positive change in smiles and eventually lives, once the treatment is completed.

“From the moment you walk in, you are considered family. I make sure your visit to me is a highlight of your day, not just any other appointment on your to-do list.” Dr Sunila Sharma believes in a quality-driven approach that results in long-lasting relationships. After delivering excellent care to her patients, she provides them education and guidance to reach their oral health goals. Dr Sunila Sharma sees their role as equal to hers in maintaining optimum oral health and preventing any further problems.

Education and Professional Development
Dr Sunila Sharma graduated in 2008 from BFUHS in India. She then achieved post-graduate qualifications in 2012 and worked as a private practitioner. For more than eight years, she also served as an academician in India. Dr Sunila Sharma then decided to move to the beautiful land of Australia.
She completed Australian Dental Council licensing examinations and started practicing. Dr Sunila Sharma has spent countless hours invested in learning the latest techniques and procedures through professional development courses.
Dr Sunila Sharma also keeps up to date with recent advances in dentistry. The latest course she attended was on aesthetic fillings. “That skyrocketed my confidence in providing smile makeovers with simple composite restorations.”

For Dr Sunila Sharma, dentistry is an art governed by science. She sees every patient as a new opportunity to create a masterpiece of her art. She has considerable exposure and experience in treating a massive number of patients with varying dental needs. “I take pride in serving every patient I see.” She provides care ranging from routine family checkups to more advanced procedures like crowns, root canal treatments, dentures and minor oral surgeries.

Outside the Practice
When she’s not caring for patients’ smiles, Dr Sunila Sharma is an amateur writer and dancer. She loves long drives with her husband to explore new places and go on food adventures.
Dr Victoria Yap (Dentist)
Dentist Munno Para West Dr Victoria YapFor Dr Victoria, the most fulfilling part of her job is using her expertise to help patients overcome their fear of coming to the dentist. “I also find it fulfilling to see their mouth being transformed and see them go from being too self-conscious to smile to being able to smile confidently.” Dr Victoria provides holistic and aesthetic treatments to patients.

Education and Professional Development
To prepare for her role as a dentist, Dr Victoria earned a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Adelaide. She graduated in December 2016. Dr Victoria stays abreast of the latest in the field by taking continuing education courses. To date, she has taken ones involving oral surgery and aesthetic anterior composite restorations. She also has taken courses on Quick Straight Teeth™ and Invisalign®.

Outside the Practice
When she’s not working, Dr Victoria enjoys travelling and finding good food with her husband. A fun fact about Dr Victoria: she worked in rural WA for about 10 months before returning to Adelaide to work.
Dulin Wakefield, Dental Hygienist
For Dulin, it’s gratifying to help improve patients’ general wellbeing and oral health as well as their smile. Since her younger years, she has had a keen interest in medicine. She later developed an interest in dentistry. Dulin earned an Advanced Diploma of Oral Health in 2012. She is a member of the Dental Hygienists Association of Australia. When she’s not at the practice, Dulin loves spending time with her husband and young children. She also enjoys cooking and gardening.
Jenny Ngu, Oral Health Therapist
“I enjoy connecting with people and providing health services.” For Jenny, it’s highly fulfilling to provide her patients appropriate treatment and dental education to improve their oral health. “I love seeing them with a great happy smile.” Jenny graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2017 with a Bachelor of Oral Health. As a recent graduate, she enjoys being able to apply both her theoretical and clinical skills, providing an optimum level of dental care to both children and adults. To stay abreast of the latest in oral health, she has completed Prime Practice – Primespeak continuing education programs.
Nateenee, Oral Health Therapist
To prepare for her career, Nateenee earned a Bachelor of Science in Oral Health Therapy (with adult scope) from Curtin University in WA in 2019. Nateenee enjoys working with both children and adults. For her, the most fulfilling aspect of being an oral health therapist is helping people overcome their fear of going to the dentist. “I want patients to know that it doesn’t have to be scary if they keep up with their yearly check and clean.” She wants patients to realise that when problems are detected earlier, they are easier to manage for both patients and our dental team.

When she’s not at the practice, Nateenee enjoys cooking and trying new culinary experiences. She also loves to travel.
Nour Al-Ansari, Dental Hygienist
In her role at the practice, Nour enjoys educating patients about the importance of adopting and maintaining excellent oral hygiene habits. One of the most fulfilling aspects of her job is providing patients with good cleans that they maintain at home. She also discusses gum disease prevention.
To prepare for her career, Nour earned an Advanced Diploma of Oral Health from TAFE SA in 2017. She keeps abreast of the latest in the field by attending various continuing professional development events and webinars. When she’s not working, Nour enjoys spending time with her children and cooking with them.
