Unfortunately, no private family run dental practices are supported to offer bulk billing. However, we do accept emergency dental (EDS) forms from SA Dental, so if you are eligible and SA Dental are unable to treat you for your emergency, our team are here to help.

Our Seaford Meadows location is open early morning and after hours until 7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please phone ahead to report your dental emergency, we will try to accommodate your urgent request subject to availability.

All of our locations are open on Saturdays during the day.

Types of dental issues that need urgent care ideally within 48hrs, but are not an emergency are: 

• Severe toothache without swelling or fever
• Cracked or broken tooth with pain
• Lost filling or crown causing pain
• Gum infection without facial swelling
• Object stuck between teeth that won’t come out

Go to your nearest local hospital Emergency Department if you are experiencing any of the following:

• An injury to the face
• suspected broken jaws
• dental trauma
• uncontrollable bleeding
• swelling in the face or neck areas with fever
• tooth knocked out
• difficulty opening mouth
• swelling that is spreading to the eye, neck or throat.

Typically, a general toothache that has been troubling for a long time is not considered a dental emergency that a hospital can help you with.

Alternatively, if contacting us outside of hours, you may contact your GP or telehealth service for guidance, medication and support until you can see the dentist for an appointment.

Free onsite parking is available inside the Seaford Meadows Shopping Centre off Prow Dr, for the best access, enter the car park via Prow Drive.

Incredible Smiles Seaford Meadows is located only a short walk from Bus Stop 81 on Grand Blvd, outside of the Seaford Meadows Shopping Centre.

Incredible Smiles Seaford Meadows is located on the ground floor with all patient facilities located on the ground level and is approved for wheelchair access. A small ramp is available for patients accessing the Shopping Centre from the roadside footpath.
